The Village on Green Lane is the first development by the McCauls in Leigh. The site was formerly 'The Village Inn' pub and was subject to a nation wide architectural competition.

The first phase of the scheme comprises of six three bedroom town houses with under croft car parking. With a second phase consisting of two 3 bedroom semi-detached houses and one 4 bedroom detached properties.
