M. J. McCaul Building Company Limited is an NHBC Contractor based in the Leigh, Lancashire area.

The Company was founded in 1998 by Martin McCaul whose family have been building in the North West of England since the 1950’s.

The Company is managed by a small dedicated team who have a wide and varied experience in the construction industry.

 

We have in the last ten years undertaken works for residential developers, care home operators, schools, as well as providing design and build bespoke housing for private clients throughout the North West. We employ local tradesmen and sub-contractors of all trades..

Green Lane LeighGreen Lane Leigh
The Village on Green Lane is the first development by McCauls in Leigh. The site was formerly ‘The Village Inn’ pub and was subject to a nation wide architectural competition. The first phase of six 3 bedroom town houses will be completed in the New Year.
